3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Be authorized to act on behalf of your firm if registering a business account

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Payment

Access to the Service requires a subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described on our pricing page. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

  • Monthly subscriptions renew on the same day each month
  • Annual subscriptions renew on the anniversary of your start date
  • Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Generate content that violates any laws or regulations
  • Create misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive financial advice

6. Content Ownership and Responsibility

Your Content: You retain ownership of the content you create using our Service. You grant us a limited license to process and store your content as necessary to provide the Service.

Generated Content: Content generated by our AI is provided for your use. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and ensuring all published content complies with applicable regulations and your firm's compliance requirements.

Compliance Disclaimer: Our compliance scanner is a tool to help identify potential issues. It is not a substitute for professional legal or compliance review. You bear sole responsibility for ensuring your content meets all regulatory requirements.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its technology, design, and branding, is owned by Begine Fusion and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Begine Fusion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to:

  • Regulatory fines or penalties
  • Loss of business or reputation
  • Errors in generated content
  • Service interruptions or data loss

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
